The number of cakes or cupcakes that I can make in a week is limited.
I need to adjust the work schedule in order to make everything suitable for you.
If you want to see your cake on your desired date, it is better to order as early as possible.
For normal procedure, orders must be made at least
9-10 weeks prior to its pick-up date.
*During Christmas(or any other high peak seasons), please kindly contact me as early as possible, as we may expect very busy schedules during these period of time.
Unfortunately, delivery is not possible. Sorry.
And we have a principle that the customer comes for the pick-up.
After pick-up, it is most safe to put the cake on the floor level of your car.
Putting the order on your chair or putting it on your lap is unsafe from any unpredictable moments during transport.
*Responsibility for any damage during transit is at the buyer's responsibility.
All ordered cakes are kept in refrigerator.
Are you willing to pick up the cake earlier than the pick-up date? Yes, you may(if the cake is already ready for you).
And if you do pick up earlier than scheduled, please kindly keep the cake in the refrigerator until the day of your event.
And on the event day, you can take the cake out of the refrigerator roundabout an hour and half before you eat the cake, and leave it outside to let the cake to be adjusted to your room temperature.
You would taste the cake as just you wanted!
For customized cakes, we would have a discussion of how it should look like with what flavor goes in and out. After configuring the cake size/quantity/design the price will be fixed for your order.
You will receive the deposit account information from me.
For payments, you could use online banking transfer.
ex) Internet banking, etc.,
Once the payment is completed,
a payment completion confirmation email will be sent to you with accurate order information and you can get pick up address.
Simply put, after payment, the cake is on its way to be created!
14 days before cancellation will be 100% refundable.
12-13 days before the cancellation will be refunded 75%.
10-11 days before the cancellation will be refunded 50%.
8-9 days before the cancellation will be refunded 25%.
7 days before the cancellations cannot be refunded.
All products are packed in a box.
It cannot compensate for any deterioration or stuttering caused by a buyer's storage mistake.We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the product caused by carelessness.
